I was able to create the mended tapestry and when I gave Master Xydoz the tapestry and my first rank headgear he replied:
"I must have the tapestry and your first circle apprentice cap before I shall reward you."
He took both of the items and returned nothing. Any chance I can get the items back or the second tier cap as I should have?
