Make P99 Classic - Delete the Wiki

IMO the wiki for as wonderful as it is, ruins the classic feel of discovering out things on your own by trial and error. Does anyone here use allakhazam anymore and hunt for old posts besides the bug researchers?

Thought Experiment - Dont use the wiki for 1 month and see how your gameplay changes :D

Information is still out there, so unless you can delete all the websites, and scrub them from the way back machine, you aren't going to get what you want.

If you want to play the game without the wiki, that is a fine way to play, but you needn't force it on others:)

Theres something charming about the old graffe forums and random websites during the kunark era that had the rumors section of ridiculous things you could do that I loved imagining when I was in school only be to sorely disappointed when I got home and tried them out. I could never find those on the wayback machine sadly. I think my favorite one was the rumors about the sword of truth and it being equippable or some other jank

FV rules. Mischief randomization loot + quest items. 0.01٪ drop rate and exp. Nerf any stats over +15 to classic power levels. Hide all stats and experience bars. Hide raw hp #s.

Reimplement stamina.

Make some mobs immune to snare, or root, or charm or mez randomishly. Make high level dark blues resist as if light reds or +5 all resist levels. Slightly decrease exp mob hp. Slightly buff named hp and add +3 more resistance to them.

Reduce all slows and haste.

Make ac and agility Slightly more effective. More for AC. Hide ac along with all other item stats obviously.

Add in more class gear with stuff like +5 stats and "classic good" weapon ratios. Delete velious ratios.

They have tried in the past (twice iirc), it is fundamentally broken in Titanium client and cannot be resolved.

When next green server launches make sure that /consent allows you to loot other people's bodies for like the first week before you realize what an insanely bad idea that is in this type of game and change it to the current dragging system.
