Guilds still raid Phinny?

I have a paladin friend that needs to get a groundspawn in that room, but I'm pretty sure the swirlspine etc need to be cleared. Are there any guilds that are raiding phinny?

Kingdom helps their members get Phinny, but it's the member who has to do all the work (of tracking Phinny). Once he's up, the member can "batphone" the guild to ask for help, and usually (depending on the time of day and such) a suitable raid force will show up and kill him.

I imagine other major guilds are similar, but I can't speak for them.

When Phinny is down, the seahorses can all be pacified to get in the room.

People can also pull the seahorses away for you, and you can swim down and cap out after grabbing the bag

Phinny usually goes down within an hour or two of spawning.

If Phinny is up, and your guild doesn't want to kill it, just make it known among the bigger guilds that he's sitting up and someone will likely be along shortly to sort him out.

Once phinny is down, get a friend with a pet class to aggro the swirlspines with pet and gate to the zoneline. Swim down and pick up the spawn and either cap out, or wait for seahorses to reset and swim out.
