I really doubt they are any decimal numbers involved from a programming standpoint. I was kind of assuming it was just +10, -10, etc. But maybe it's more like 15% of 150 == -25

Anyone remember how they did it last time?

Hole still highest ZEM. So everyone still just gunna level there. Kc and Seb need a lot bigger buffs to actually encourage pugs to go.
