Summon Companion

Spell list indicates that all pet classes can use Summon Companion. However, while Rushka Deklamoor, in the East Commons Tunnel has the spell available it appears only Mage's are able to memorize the spell. Is this intended?

I'm trying to get the spell for my 54 Necro on Green Server.

Yes, its too soon in the timeline. We should be Apr 2001 and it comes Jun 2001
