Hello,
I'm a shammy that has tried twice to turn in Shovel of Ponz. Both times Vira ate the the materials. You guys reimbursed the mats a few months later but it happened again. I thought I had posted about it but looks like I never did! Ambrogio said I had encountered a genuine bug and should post on here for further action and to notify.
