I was able to go through all the text and hand in the required items, but nothing happened. Is there something that I did wrong? I feel like I followed the quest instructions. I gave him both items at the same time, do I need to hand them in separately? Any input is appreciated.

Confirmed, levitate messed up my turn-in. This quest is working fine.
