The first time I was doxxed was via a private discord.

I don't use discord anymore.

It was and may still be possible to get people's IP's via voice talk on discord.
discord continues to deny this despite it being proven in the past.

dont even need to get it thru discord, just post a link to something that records IPs, not hard. it can be done on any platform.
