Keep in mind that the banned players were skipping a GM moderated list of 5-6+ people clearly farming in that area stealing from others time and effort.

Just sayin anyone who has tried to get through that list probably does not enjoy knowing they can be cheated myself included.

TLP are hella fun but the beauty of P99 is that it's locked in Velious and you can always come back to your old familiar characters without being left behind. I haven't been able to raid as much since the end of lockdowns but it doesn't diminish what I've done on P99. I've always had to quit TLP because eventually I can't keep up with it anymore.

TLP sucks balls. No CR's, easy exp, boxers everywhere, market that revolves around RMT (Krono), non classic zones, instanced raid zones.... I can go on and on. If you want to play an easy WoWified version of Everquest off you go, leave p99 for the people that enjoy the older more difficult version.

yeah I still cant wrap my head around why it was made a list camp. Blue had like 2k players during velious launch era and the beads camp worked just fine without a list.

We are on a time-locked server, seems retarded as fuck that legacy items ever stop dropping in the first place - who cares - its a lot more classic than "stand in line and collect your item from the /list system".

I guess the Blue community would cry is why (all 200 of them)

beads camp list only made people box multi toons for beads. 4-8 people do all the work, for insta wins on account share and box alts. Just saying the truth.

Now there will be 230 beads on the server with an estimate price of 350k 7 yrs from now. worked out great

I'm in for New World...but not expecting more than a few months of fun out of it.

It isn't going to be a "home" the way that real MMOs are...it is all going to be about being ganged up and playing with the same people you already know as far as I can tell.

The itemization is bad. Everything feels like a random stat upgrade and not an actual item I'm excited about. New item drops...out with old in with new...do this multiple times in a single game session. Result is no attachment to old gear or sense of accomplishment on new gear...it all looks and feels the same.

Giving it a full chance when release comes, but I think this will be a fun game to hop into with your discord friends and play around in for a few months. If I'm still playing by Thanksgiving I'll be surprised...if I'm not pissed about wasting hours in it by Christmas I'll be shocked.
