There are lots of EQEmu servers that have Luclin. No need to wait for something p99 will never do

You won't get "Luclin" on Project 1999.

It's been spun a thousand different ways by this community. The staff have spent a lot of time and effort removing luclin+ content. I don't think they are about to spend just as much time re-adding it.
