The ground spawn of Heavy Metallic Crystal in burning woods for the quest "the velium focus" (https://wiki.project1999.com/The_Velium_Focus) doesn't seem to be spawning.
Looks like the same problem was on blue at the start of velious as per this post where nilbog says there was an issue (https://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=204988)
