This is a Welfare Pixel idea. It is purely hypothetical and will not ever happen. But what if...
What if, instead of windows, instead of rooted mobs, instead of CSR, instead of drafts, instead of rotations, all raid mobs are purely exp based: whoever gets the exp gets the loot rights. And even if the loot doesn't get looted before the corpse rots, it just rots. So the winner can still get the ever-living-shit trained out of them before they can even get their stupid pixels.
Now for the Welfare part. What if...
What if whenever a raid mob spawned, the next ordinary trash mob to spawn in the world spawned with a legacy item, like a Manastone, a Guise, Fungus Staff, whatever.
Now, shit on me and my shitty ideas please.

Mob should just get fte and then explode and whoever got fte gets exp. That way all the individuals who dont want to share pixels with a 100 other people can compete. Its the only fair way.

so you want to incentivize even bigger zerg guilds based purely on dps? sounds like a great idea /s

The smaller coordinated guild will snipe way more mobs. Likely made up of the nerds who don't desync and live for this game anyway. I'd think every windowpoopsocking dork who wants to race for FTE would be on board with this since the advantage is built in to their lives.

Also, the filthy casuals will splinter off to chase Manastones and Guises.

Name for me 1 "smaller coordinated guild" on this server. There aren't any. It would just cause the meta to shift towards max dps classes with minimal/no support. Hell you could have a guild of purely rogues, wait till guild X engages then your 60-80 rogues all burn disc and blow the mob up. Repark in the next zone for the next mob. Rinse repeat. Server population would plummet. Unless that's your goal. You trixy bastard.

There'd be clerics. They gotta rez everyone during the train wars to get anything killed. At least I assume TMO and IB had clerics in VP when there was no CSR there. There'd probably be some other classes needed to either train or keep the trains off them. But it's not like all of the dorks that do these raids don't have level 60 characters of multiple classes that they pass around for the situation I suppose. So yeah, 6 rogues will show up and not die to the first train and take the loot every time.

I'm pretty sure 6x bane wizard groups would get it a lot, with 6x enchanter groups being viable in a bunch of places. You're going to have a hard time outdpsing 6 enchanters with Thiftling Sprites or 6 enchanters with hasted, quadding giants, to say nothing of stuff like dicatating Protector of Zek and similar.

Also, 80 Rogues don't need to wait for anyone to engage, you just cycle nimble disc tank. I think it may actually even be possible to aggro swap a train with oil of fennin ro, which would let you tank all the guards or whatever train is going on in a given engagement until the target is burned down.
Fight isn't going to last that long, you probably would barely need coordination except for Tunare/Vulak/AoW/Vyemm.

Raid mobs no longer spawn, instead a vendor selling all the mob's loot for large amounts of pp spawns for 60 seconds. Fixed

It's the way that 4 people want it, so it's the only fair way. Naturally.

To be fair we don’t have raid xp only group xp. So on certain dragons it would be whoever can pump the most wizards to dragon / giant bane would get the loot but for everything else it would be who had the rogues w pure aob items, primals (or shamans using avatar I guess) and managed to not die pulling agro. Letting the tank die would be a hella good strategy to summon all those high dps.

Also make it so the vendor flags every player within 1000' for pvp. All deaths within the radius incur a 100% bonus to experience loss.

Forgetting about the no CSR clause. 6 wizards and 80 rogues probably wouldn't last long in a train without a bit of help.

I imagine the 80 rogues thing less practical than it sounds
there was an all druid guild on my wow server. in theory they could kill anything since they have tank, heals, dps. in actuality it wasnt practical at all since 95% of the loot that dropped was non druid loot and got destroyed.

Maybe...you can actually pick up a train pretty well as a rogue by sitting down and activating counterattack discipline. I used to have a macro that did that for emergencies, I should look at putting that back. Rogues with TL boxes would probably also be decent at training people due to Hide/Sneak and 330 range archery allowing them to start up trains from fairly arbitrary locations, so they might do better than you would think.
The loot problem from a mono class guild would be real though. Might be able to mitigate it by selling loot drops for other classes or just having the rogues be a giant bot army so the loot goes to other characters though.

Except for the manastone diversion for the casuals, the rest of this idea is literally everything the neckbeards have been arguing for here for years.
But I guess you like your pseudo-socialist-no-compete raid scene.
