On blue the game has been "won" for over a decade. Guilds come and go. Players reroll. Norrathian Dragon Kill Points, NDKP are applicable to all guilds. No longer do loot councils and corrupt leadership collapse a guild. No more do guilds steal your hard earned and unspent DKP. Your efforts no longer go to waste. The fruits of your labor qqcarry on and enrich the world of Norrath.

NDKP is acrued at a standardized rate across all guilds. Players are elected to the Department of Dragon Kill points. The DDKP. Each guild is represented by a DDKP officer and the DDKP will report points to the Treasury of Norrathian Dragon Kill Points. TNDKP manages, tracks, and adjust NDKP as necessary. DDKP represtatives will deduct individual players NDKP from the TNDKP in accordance with the rules outlined within the Play Nice Policy and in accordance to individual guild policies as punitive measures for player infractions.

The privilege of creating NDKP is granted equally to all who are represented by the DDKP.

I modeled this with the United States Department of the Treasury in mind. Assuming individual states and their jurisdictions are essentially guilds.

Point systems is why raids are led by accountants, not heroes.

If I decide to grace your raid with my presence then I expect a straight out random for the loots. My time is too precious and the tapestry I weave has no room for middle-managers.

as a cleric main i agree with this, feel like we should be given dkp just for healing regular content since no one else is willing to do it
