a decaying skeleton Player Agreement Proposal

a decaying skeleton sock is awful for many players trying to get bone chips. I myself completely gave up on ez quest xp until I luckily got them stacks on an earthquake. I can't think of any negatives of this potential player agreement, so I decided to post.


Random /1000 5 minutes after a decaying skeleton spawns. ONLY level 60+ Necromancers can roll. ONLY the winner of the roll can loot.

Winner of the roll has 1 hour to kill the mob. Why 1 hour? Not everyone can get friends to camp out their buddies retired warrior at the spawn point 24/7 to engage the mob on spawn. I'm willing to discuss if 1 hour is too long. (or any point really)

Applicable to non earthquake/simpop mobs only.

Other players are not required to stay and help. But it is encouraged.

Must provide xx(time of roll) of your 1 hour lockout if asked

Would be easier to just have an officer loot the bone chips and distribute them when needed. Players don't need to carry their own bone chips.

Maybe I'm just paranoid but I'm not interested in losing all my hard work because someone decides to quit the game with guild property in their bags.

If the bone chips are tradable, why can't I loot them on my alt and trade my necro later? I understand wanting this item to go to mains, but I don't think it's reasonable to have me waiting for hours a zone off from EC on my level 60 necro when I could be selling bone chips with that character.
