Quick story: I created a troll character so that I could purchase the level 20 necro pet spell Animate Dead and bring it out to The Overthere and get the spell to my necro via transfer through a friend.
I got the troll out to Timorous Deep, but after getting on the boat following a good half-hour wait, and waiting another 15 minutes (estimate) for the boat to zone, I got the message:
"You are not yet experienced enough to pass through an inter-planar portal."
I was then whisked away to the Chessboard island where the troll is now sitting.
Is there a level requirement to get into The Overthere that I'm not aware of, or at least for the boat, or is this not supposed to happen?
