Why you should play a Human! ★A Thread★

Hello, People of Norrath!

It's another post by me: Tunabros! This time, the post isn't pointless or dumb :p


Chances are that the majority of the P99 player base is either playing a wood elf, dark elf,

or high elf. Why? Because people love elves. But I don't. They're gross.


★Pros In Being A Human★
-Can play any class in the game EXCEPT Shaman! (Shamans are boring anyways and

only fun if you got torpor/epic)

-Have better mustaches than Halflings! (Little runts)

-Get to start off in one of two of the greatest cities in Norrath! (Qeynos and Freeport!)
- Don't forget Qeynos Theme Song (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2__FZLzOLpw&ab_channel=SynersteelStudio) is fire!

-Roleplay Heaven: Humans can be almost any class and which means religious variety

is there!

-Best FASHION QUEST IN THE GAME! REMEMBER FASHION QUEST > MIN MAXING
-MIN MAXING is for CASUALS

Cons of A Human :confused: :confused:

- Can't that well at night (But ITS NOT THAT BAD)

-Looks so cool, you will be the center of attention (hard if your trying to stay secret!)

-Too many pros

Conclusion

This might have been a useless post but hopefully it inspires

the P99 community to roll a human the next they make a twink or a new character!

Okay. But keep in mind that you will forever be locked out of using any helmet that has the classic plate graphic lest you draw comparisons to Robocop.

Not even velious gear is entirely safe. Helmet of Rallos Zek is out of the question.

You can patch your files to fix the helm transparency glitch on the old world helms. Can't fix it being an ugly bucket though. The custom helm looks nice by EQ's limited standards. I won't buy a Crown of Narandi because I want to keep the visible custom helm look on my Shadow Knight. That's the price of vanity!

If you go max charisma it's not too bad, be extra aware to keep your charisma buff on - with the right gear its not hard to get 200+ on any race. I like the hide feature for afks and 1st line attempt at a charm break.
