Is donating to someone's Twitch b/c you like their content or to enter a "give away contest" and then receiving an in-game item considered RMT?

I would bet that if you have to make a donation to be entered into a giveaway contest for an item, it would be considered RMT. If the giveaway contest is free to enter but you also make a donation separate from that then it’s not RMT

Just run a free giveaway. People who donate aren't trying to get an advantage if its done on RNG - they just appreciate that the streamer is giving some prized pixels away and its their way of saying thanks.
