It doesn't always work, but AP Cow is some sick shit if you can pull it off. His headbutt & Slam both have 1:1 ap ratios and strong base-damage.

Go mid with headbutt. Once you're level 3 use it on the enemy constantly until they're lowish on health. Farm creeps at your leisure, headbutt them again if they get too close. This will zone the fuck out of them and starve them of early game creep kills or force early blue pills. Also, Alistar is naturally tanky as hell, very hard to gank early game.

I think the point is, all of the things you listed are preventable. If you are too tired, don't drive. If you need to talk on your cell phone or text, pull over. If you can't sing a really good song without head banging your way into a car accident, pull over. Don't smoke while driving. Don't drive while emo. Put on your make up before you get in the car. Don't drive while high. Don't drive while drunk. Think about the fact that probably moreso than any other part of your day, your decisions before and during being behind the wheel have the highest probability of affecting those around you. If I go to the bar, I would straight up be a pussy if I called a cab after two drinks. I don't even feel anything till the third drink(assuming standard single shot mixed drink or beers).

I personally based on my tolerance levels would feel like a pussy if I had to call a cab after a few drinks regardless of other people present. I have a very high tolerance to alcohol and have never put anyone at risk driving after drinking. That said, its not for everyone. Some people just can't handle alcohol very well.
