Could anyone explain what the "scrolls" quest is that got quest xp nerfed?

What did the 1pct of nerds do to get it ruined for the other 99pct of nerds?

Turning in a single scroll at a time gave like a yellows worth of exp in hrll. Turning in 4 at a time only gave the same amount. Not sure how classic.

Was worth it really only for druids, or wizards with jboots and sowpots.

Because they bind @ quest turnin and ports to Nk , run to sk after a brief med.

Also a popular spot to quad kite. Because of easy pulls and safety.

Some one apparently corpsed hundreds of scrolls I guess in order to ding 51 looting them. I don't think anyone could actually hit 60 on them in a reasonable time unless the exp per turn in was coded at a fixed percentage of level regardless of level. Which would be a bug.

Anyway - scrolls was the big quest to get to lvl 36. After that it shouldn't be relevant. They didn't need to disable the other ones.

Note that turning in all 4 scrolls is a different quest to the turning in single quests one. That's why you do single (or 2 at a time) turn ins to get the xp reward 4x.

It's definitely still relevant post 36. Are there faster ways to earn xp? Sure, but when you can only play for an hour or two at night grabbing 4 scrolls and running to qeynos is like 1-2% of 59. Plus you might see a flying horse...

Yeah, that's what they are good for. I afk play a lot to. Sometimes I will not kill thousands of mobs in a day. That's why I know about it. I always moved on around 37 or so tho.

Farzo, they didn't just nerf this scroll quest. Exp has been turned off for every single quest. It'll be back a month after Kunark launch.

My reason tells me to blanket mute the trannies because they're universally devoid of content in their posting but there's also a detached morbid fascination with how weird this remote pustule of the internet can get.

No exp from the turn-ins but you still get the faction hits.

My necro has been turning in Bone Chips (while skeleton form is up - as this makes them amiable) to get the positive faction hits to cabilis.

Though, after about 30 stacks, necro is still threatening while non-skelly illuisioned.
