Breeze isn't in for another few weeks, unfortunately. I couldn't find it in patch notes, but that's what I gather.

I can't find any indication that Breeze was added in a later patch originally. Do we have any idea when it will be added? I shelved my enchanter thinking that Breeze would be available at launch.

I'm 90% sure Breeze, Harvest and Shm Charm Animals are June 2000 aka Hole Era

All I remember about Breeze appearing on live is that there were still quite a few players who did not have the Kunark expansion when Breeze became available, so for a short time there were some players who made a little pp on the side selling breeze to lowbie enchanters in the old world.
