Issues with Levant and Day/Night cycle

Can't use Levant starting at 4 a.m. I don't think this is classic.

Didn't affect spells. This screenshot is from today. As in, Levant is a night-time only self-succor. If Day starts at 6 a.m, Levant should work at 4 a.m.

Edit: as it stands, 4 a.m marks the beginning of day for spell purposes, it seems. not 6 a.m. I'll update later, but, last I checked, 7 p.m marks the beginning of night for spell purposes, not 6 p.m

What was considered night and day for spells didn’t necessarily align with the sky box. The spells and npc spawn cycles seemed to be tied to dusk/dawn as opposed to sunrise/sunset.

Not coming up with anything on timing of day / night and this spell or other night-time only spells by scouring all patch notes. I'll keep looking.

Ok, found a couple of insights here.

1.https://fernworks.net/~dyeomans/DownLoads/pages/eq.crgaming.com/spells/spell.asp%3FId=510 (player commentary that it works in Plane of Sky at 6 p.m - this may be Sky specific, though)

Web archive from casters realm specifying that the spell works between 8 p.m and 5 a.m. So, there's conflicting information. Source 2 seems, maybe, more reliable. But idk, that's for you to judge.

This has a lot of the info dredged from prior in all nec time spells.

Seems like quivering and skin of shadow should be anytime now and levant 8pm to 5am. Will fully read thread later
