Are you tired of the cost of porting?

Get access to all the cities of Norrath in the Kunark era if you are a self binding caster or a dark elf shadowknight.

Steps to Teleportation mastery:
1. Zone into Timorous Deep from Oasis docks
2. Head due South for 20,000 paces
3. (make sure Faydedor is dead)
4. Bind on the one of the Wizard Spires above the water
5. Have traveling access to every major city and Timorous Deep

Firepot room loc is -12260, +4360.

Tip: Don't bind in the actual Firepot room unless you want to give up easy access to TD, OT and FV

You have to be grouped to cast Bind Affinity on another player.
Meaning if you're in a group, at a bindable location and someone in your group casts Bind Affinity on you.
You'll lose your firepot bind and the staff will not fix it.

Most people will bind their friends TD firepot away as a prank at some point so never group in bindable places :p

can confirm, mage still bound at firepots on blue. Never group, it is the only way.

Supposedly 3 or 4 days from Kunark launch. This should be priority number one if you want to bind any characters there.

Thanks. I got one bound already, was thinking about starting a caster to have there if I ever got around to an alt, but probably won't make it to level 12 in time

binding at firepots disallows you to bind where you're fighting(longer CR's), but allows for faster travel other places.

I bound a druid and necro there on Blue. I'm choosing to not bind there this time around. having an OT hammer and WC cap should mitigate travel issues.

I put my druid there. Really kind of unnecessary with ports, but I like being a click away from just about every zone. My biggest goal as a casual is just to see the old world again. Not super concerned about leveling fast or getting loot. Only level 15 and I've been around for a long time
