I think once Green hits Velious you’ll be surprised at the number of people who go back to Blue. The closer it gets to the merge the more people will be willing to focus on their Blue chars

Once the sleeper wakes up people will go back to blue. Or people outside of the guilds farming warders as soon as they get their elder beads.
