Linadian - Banded Orc Vest quest bugged?

Hello, I am new to the game and this server.
About 10-15 minutes ago I handed in 2 Deathfist shoulder pads, Deathfist slashed belt and 10 gold coins to Linadian but she just took them and gave nothing in return. No quest tick, no nothing.

Sadly there is no confirmation in the log which I can post, but I would appreciate any tips to complete the quest or get my items back.

I haven't done the quest but there's a few factors that could influence it before considering it bugged:

What's your faction with her?
Are you SURE it was the right items and you didn't accidentally give her a raw hide shoulderpad or something by mistake?

Hello, thanks for the reply. I was sure they were the right items, but I have no means of verifying it now. I thought there is only one type of shoulder pad dropping at the orc camps at Western Commons. Maybe I will wait for 2 drops of correct shoulderpads and try again to be sure.
