Dot dmg while moving?

Do dots still do full damage while moving on green or have they been nerfed like blue? Thanks ahead of time! :D

Dot nerf happened in September 1999 and the server is currently in February 2000. So the nerf is in place, or should be.

Try rotting a mob with dots on rooted, then see if it ticks at the same percentage when they're snared/walking towards you.
