Green Server: Are Summoning of* Quests enabled?

Hey folks,

I confirmed yesterday that you can receive all components for the Dread Forged Shield and result in a successful turn-in. However, it seems other components for the Fright Forged Helm and Terror Forged Mask are not dropping (with the exception of the Basalt Drake Scale/Zombie Skin).

I'm curious if others have been able to get the following:
Eye of Urd
Lens of Lord Soptvyr
A lock of Widowmistress Hair
Embalming Dust
Charred Bone Chips
Vial of Tunare's Breath

If not - could GMs confirm that the mobs are itemized with these items?

Urd was supposed to have been fixed, might need a patch to go live though.

Got 2 or 3 Obretl spawns last night and no charred bone chips.
Was in lower guk last night for a couple hours and saw no Eye of Urds (plenty of Urd Ghoul Wizards killed).

These two quests do not appear to be in game yet. Quest mobs do not reply to quest text. Rare mobs throughout the world that "Always" drop the quest items are not dropping the quest items.

However Nivold Predd DOES reply to quest text for The Summoning of Dread. So one should assume the Dread Forged Shield can be obtained but not the clickie Fear Mask or clickie Helm.

Man, the clock is ticking on my Terror Forged Mask plan. :( According to some previous post, it should exist in its Call of Bones form for only 53 days...ticking down.

Some of these items got ruled in with the Initiate Symbol quests that were deity-restricted and not implemented until April 2000 per patch http://www.tski.co.jp/baldio/patch/20000410.html

However, I found several mentions of the Summoning quests and related items predating the April 2000 patch, so pending update these quests will be doable upon Paineel launch.

Everlore quests page for Paineel seems to have both of these quests (and others), capture is dated March 3rd 2000.

Backing this up further, there is a newsgroup post about Lord Soptyvr and his lens being "for a Paineel quest" as of late Feb 2000 (Mask of Terror):

By the way, I had bugged him to be era-ruled for Paineel a little while back, I believe he was spawning on Green before Paineel dropped:
