Supposedly today, according to the timeline (https://wiki.project1999.com/Timeline). Oh and hey, rogues also get Evade when Paineel releases. That's awesome news for warrior tanks struggling with annoying backstab aggro. :)

Realistically if they're gonna add it I would suspect tonight or tomorrow morning. GMs seem to have a hard-on for Saturday morning resets.

I dunno, they pushed sky back a bit to give people time with the new list for summon corpse. Would make sense to push Paineel back so it's the intended "time between expansions" or whatever.

Dread Forged Shield, yes; Terror Forged Mask and Fright Forged Helm cannot be completed yet as the quest text isn't in and certain items aren't dropping yet. Someone made a bug report, staff are aware, and it will probably be fixed in an upcoming patch.
