I noticed this as soon as I first saw a ghoul walking in either commons or ro/oasis. Having encountered many ice goblins as a young shaman in the peaks of everfrost, I noticed the ghoul walked in the same fashion. As I got closer and engaged him I said yep, it's an undead goblin :o
