I have no mic yet, but I just bought one! Also I have no idea how to interact with the chat so if you do pop in and say hi and i dont respond it's because I'm an iksar brain.

Im not sure if at the end there I gave him 4 rawhide gloves because I'm too tired right now and not going to check, but the wiki does say all you need is indifferent faction to obtain the Incandecscent gloves (https://wiki.project1999.com/Incandescent_Armor_Quests), however as you can see at the end there unless I turn in a bunch of raw hide to that guy, that that may not be the case?

If you watch it, most of the acition takes place in the text trying to figure out what went wrong. So it's pretty boring but wtf why did it fail? And thought the audio seems to almost syncup with what I'm doing it is not me. I still dont have a mic and have crippling anxiety so yeah that's not me.

Also in the above post I got time wrong, that's the end of the video. See I suck at things. But it's clipped now so no bother. And who cares anyway it's not like I can imagine anyone went and clicked through a 5 hour timeline of me playing everquest lol

I did a little gargoyle farming this weekend and thought id share my simple little trick for level 20 enchanters trying to work on their charming.

Dixi Drool (who seems to have terrible MR from all the scurvy) is a level 20 pirate. She backstabs for like 130 and is very pretty holding a very nice shield and sword. A true lord among the sea's.

Grab her, go find a sow for you both, then fear kite your way through the rocky crags of the gargoyle island and make dat eyeball money!

Protip: if you keep her below 20% when the charm breaks, unless you're sitting right under her, she'll wander off and not attack you, so you're free to re-charm and tash her super easily.

It's a great way to farm the island as an enchanter and cool to have a backstabbing pet always.

For new players, at 20 you can do this comfortably if you have about 100 plats worth of charisma gear, and can easily make the money for the rest of your starter inventory while you go from 20-23 then it gets boring :o

I wonder if enchanters need amiable so that they have to use their spell, but other classes can turn it in as indifferent? Or maybe it shouldnt work for anyone for indif? Idk.

or is one possible combination of those two variables a bug I wonder.

Just watched parts of your gargoyle isle vid, the ocean sounds, cackling skeletons, and camera changes made for a super jarring experience. It was like someone took one of those white noise youtube channels, then edited in car horns, seagulls, and bums with diarrhea for a real beach experience.

Level 30-(50??) in paw seems like pretty much the spot to be for enchanter, here is how, but dont train at the end because youre trying to show off, and if you do shout train. Dont not shout train because you're a greedy b who wants to keep that ding you just got even though the exp is like free in this zone.

This area here is like enchanter soloing in the karanas, pathers dont even agro you its so huge. I start this fight with a crit resist and fat finger a dot instead of a lvl 24 dd that would have ended it a bit quicker and smoother, and then an excessive /cheer for swag that just starts the walls of reality crashing down around me.

That's fair but I picked that area just to show some folks how easily they can get that exp if they are a low level enchanter learning how to charm kill. That and sometimes watching animals killing each other is just not considered boring by some. Boring it may be. But I enjoy looking at it over and over again.

It's really just meant to be a short guide for the forms, Im not tryin to be dr disrespect here lol but I bet someone will get some exp out of this post
