My nose is stuffy, I’ve had no choice but too breathe through my mouth. Will I be O.K.?

The key is to learn to stop breathing entirely

It makes for an unpleasant odor from the mouth. Don't breathe on anyone else.

Only for temporary mouthbreathers. For people like me, where no reasonable surgery could fix the fucked up nasal passages, if you take care of your hygiene like a regular person the breath is not an issue.

Was just reading about this. Warps your facial structure. Long face, weak jaw. Whole lot of looks maxing incels down this road. Look up mewing.
Also lowers intelligence over time, apparently. Your body is exhaling too much CO2 and that messes up your blood pH buffer system.
Tongue needs to be on the roof of the mouth. If it's pushing up on your teeth, that's wrong. Stop it. Apparently more common with ADHD people (hi).
My lower jaw is ruggedly handsome, so I dunno if this helps.
Hope this helps.

^ Imagine being confused as to which bathroom to go into
If we hadn't stopped the nazis then this wouldn't be a problem
