OP is probably military, or wishes he still was. The over use of acronyms isn’t just rampant, it’s actually encouraged. That said, most E5s and above are familiar with parallel sentence structure, which is lacking here. Unless the word for A was supposed to be accomplished and just got cut off in the caption.

Yeah from what he’s said in other threads it sounds like he was military but could never cut it with a special forces unit. However, he wishes he had been able to get into one; so he comes on Internet forums and broadcasts to everyone without being asked that he was “in the special forces” to try and make himself seem more impressive.
