Knowingly and willfully violating the cardinal rule of P99 is not a mistake. You knew what you were doing, you thought you were better than the system.

The folks I chat with sometimes in groups say they had been banned previously for two boxing. The weird pattern I noticed is that almost every time they weren't blatently using two characters to level or do anything spectacular. They were:

One char rezzing another
One char porting another
Had their fighting character promptly summoned with their tunnel alt together for a box test
but the overall 99% reason this happened was a "guild" toon doing it for a guildie.. who is you. This was how so many dial a porters on blue got the axe, including a rez toon with epic. Let someone else use the guild toon.

Don't give into the temptation of 10 seconds of boxing to do something convenient is what I took from those folks ;D

Also one other thing I do that everyone says is stupid is that all my characters I play on all servers is on one account. It means you have to worry about rez timers and such, but the GM's basically know you aren't a a multiple account flight risk ;p

Cen, if you're interested, you can have my retired enchanter alt's stuff to sell. He's probably got 5k worth of stuff, I'll definitely never play him again and I can't be bothered to sell the items since none of them are that valuable. He was just an experiment to see if I enjoyed the class.
