Hey!
Ever since the new changes to proc mechanics have gone live (May 01, 2020 - 12:49 PM - by Rogean), I had a feeling that bow procs have been lessened. Until now I had not really had a chance to get some hard evidence.
Here is a post of logs from tonight's endeavors. I honestly cannot remember a time before this patch that it took 4 full stacks of arrows to proc Avatar once. This is with 223 DEX and some of the attacks probably hit the mob as I swapped targets.
In the same log, multiple characters proc off-hand held weapons from my group (full logs can be provided).
Please let me know if I am over-reacting or not.
