Anyone have any firm evidence on when this quest gets added? Targin doesn't seem to be spawning still after the latest patch, but both spawn cycles for the Brothers (Nara/Escaped Gnoll and Hasten/drake) were added. It uses some Sol Ro quest items (Shadow Silk), but the oldest mentions I can find of the Robe on Everlore is January 2000, and Brother Qwinn/Zephyl Feb 2000 on Allakhazam.
So it's at least in the game by Plane of Sky launch. Anyone have further evidence from those newsgroup data dumps?
Or if a Dev has a hint when it's scheduled to be added to the game.
