Green UI Unlock?

When, if ever, will the Green UI be unlocked for custom UI's?

I know for example that Blue and Red allow custom UI's (Duxa, others) and am a little jelly. I'm assuming at some point the Green UI will be unlocked. Correct? If so, when?

You can customize some objects, but the 6-button main action menu and lack of pet window likely are here for duration of project.

I know you worked on making the Green UI more classic. Tell us how you feel when people start on "Project 1999" and then make posts like this. ;)
