hi

ive been killing gnolls in highpass hold for a few days now and im wondering if the wiki is correct for faction changes? for green atleast?

can someone confirm?

I'm a troll shaman worshipping inno (ive assumed my faction at starting is -2000)

it should be correct, however, the orcs spawn super fast and help your faction inside Highkeep as well not to mention the names their drops bags and idols you can sell for good plat on top of the scalps. So if you are higher lvl I would try those first. Keep grinding friend don’t forget to loot and turn in scalps!

No. Killing orcs or gnolls will raise faction. The orcs were suggested only because they spawn much more quickly. You need huge volume so faster kills the better. If you can keep up with the faster spawns, do orcs.

As a Troll Shaman, you have a huge uphill climb to get to dubious, as you worship either Cazic-Thule or Innoruuk - two of the three most hated gods in Norrath. (The other is Bertox; RZ is pretty close behind)

If you want to get faction in a particular area, look up the "Iksar's Guide to Love and Friendship via Murder" on the wiki. Most of it is readily applicable to you.

You won't get to do some of the tricks with Sneak - only Monks get to do that, and a Monk player was the original writer of the guide.

The wiki is not correct regarding faction on Green. Most mobs give only 1 point positive increase per faction per kill.

Idk if it gives 10, but I think it might give more than 1. I grinded them on my SK on Blue and definitely killed more than I would have had to if it was 10, but also definitely killed less than I would have had to if it was 1.
