Game Types: Open for feedback. I'd be willing to do a couple rounds of different game types. We can do a FFA battle royale again. Guild vs server if one guild dominates the people attending. A duo or trio competition etc.

Give me feedback for more game types.

Rules: Rules will depend on game type. I have the right to summon and dispel if you are playing cowardly or against the spirit of the game.


Again, no rewards (I can't create items & would need to be rogean/nilbog approved either way)

We need events that let lower levels partake!!

Like a 1v1 event.... where each person is given two items.

"Shield of might!"

and

"Lance of lancing!"

Now, both of these are instant clickies that are consumed, and you are only given 1 of each.

When you use shield of might, you are protected for 10 seconds.

When you use "lance of might" you insta kill your target (with a short range).

.....

Which means you go into a match, and suddenly it's a showdown anyone can compete in! A battle of getting close, and using your shield....but how to use it?! and when to use your lance?!

It would be a lot of fun, jousting tournament.....but without level restrictions (and bypassing class power disparities).

best way to do this would to be no clicks other than pumice, jboots, quillcloak. 2 minute buff timer before everyfight(full GM pell on all parties before every fight).

as for rulesets, depending on how many people and how long, 1v1's or 3v3's with brackets, 1v1 for longer obviously, 3v3 for nice short and sweet. im more partial to the 3v3 because it will be something different than i have already been doing. But maybe there is some others out there that want to 1v1. I can go either way on it.

edit: might be better to be 45-1min buff session pre fight.

I was thinking of a trio or 4 man group competition based upon how many people come. Could switch everyone in their team to a single race to make it easier to see who's winning.

Will definitely start with a FFA battle royal though.

Yeah yeah I know. Titles and item rewards were classic but this is project1999 green emulated server where there are no GM events and if a guide holds the only staff sponsored event in server history there are no rewards.

This may seem like the case but maybe a whole quarter or more of those present had some experience playing on Red99 and other PVP games? It was a solid turnout but it's not like the entire sever came for PVP fun! :p
