Took some time off the game since Christmas but now that fear is out, I'm back for some action.

I'll be leading some pick up raids on fear armor mobs as often as possible, focusing on weekdays off peak hours ( late US night, euro afternoon).

Please report here or send me a PM here or on my chars in game if you are interested. ( Eudes cleric, Crado warrior alt).

Level 50 required (no exception), no gear requirement. Open to all classes/guilds. Ninja afk ppl and liabilities need not apply.

I'm not sure how this would go exactly, there are 7 large guilds that have formed a "UN" as they call it, and they divide raid content into schedules. I think you'd either have to work something out with them, or compete against them.

What's the repop on fear? Even with 7 guilds, fear isn't going to get fully cleared as often as you think, especially after the first couple weeks go by. This isn't a 30-minute phinny kill twice a day, or an hour of fire giants a few times a day. It's a bare minimum of 3 hours even if you're a zerg and everything goes well, 2-3 times per day, isn't it?

I’d thought it was about an 8 hour repop on trash mobs, and multiple days for CZ himself. I still think there is going to be considerable competition when it repops, highly doubt a pickup group would get much.

right before repops, its gonna be farmed 24/7 for a few weeks bud, take 221+ then divide that by 7 then add the 46+ that will lvl every day for the next month so double that 221 to 400+

might wanna guild up, also fear popped with no notice at migdnight and still had a large showing, so many couldn't make it

This was the original message. Please don't derail. This thread never was about what you thought "big" guilds will like/allow/do. It's me recruiting people to kill stuff in PoF. No Zerg army is needed for that.

You realize that on TEAL there would be 80 people sitting in kedge for 2 hours with like 20 pets sitting on phins spawn and it became such an issue they had to add a FTE message for him?

The "neckbeards" on P99 sit around and stare at walls or sit at zonein then race to FTE, they don't really spend a ton of time ~actually~ playing EQ. The fact is most ~~~rAiDeRs~~~ on P99 ~don't even actually like playing EQ that much~. They plvl a toon then sit at zone entrances and collect DKP.

Let's not forget how long it took TMO to break Fear first time around on Blue. If it actually takes effort I don't know how many people are really gonna be on board for fear clear after fear clear 24/7. Plane of Fear and Fire Giants are two completely different situations

They only have to clear it once and the spawn is broken. They will be sitting with 4 groups of 6 and the mobs will trickle in. They broke it with 250 people last night.

We're averaging 160-180 players during Fear clears with competing guilds. Mobs are snagged within seconds of them spawning, or less.

i think you’re better off joining one of the bigger guilds and getting into the rotation. FTE in there right now is such that even if a 6 man group pulled something, they will pull it OFF you. May not be totally copacetic with the “Play Nice” policy, but with the amount of action in there right now your petition will likely fall on deaf ears.

Before you do anything, just zone into PoF at any time and run around for 10 minutes before gating out, then use what you see to consider whatever you plan to do in PoF.

Fear trash drops aren't even that great right now.

But it'll still be cleared constantly until Hate drops.

You *might* be able to get some when Naggy and Vox are in window. That's about 2 clears a week. Wish you the best.

Certainly don't think it'd be too hard, now that all the spawns are well broken up. It'll be good to see some competition on the mobs instead of guilds just on auto-loot status. Go for it, and let us know how it all goes.

The difference between what you are offering and what the guilds are offering is that if I go with my guild, we'll get infrequent pulls and DKP. If I go with you, I'll get even more infrequent pulls (with your smaller group) and no DKP. So where's the incentive? Are you offering the Fear Hardcore mode that adds in extra challenge just for the sake of it?
