Any idea when this will be? Timeline says January 2020, is that per the devs, or someone's best guess?

It was actually late July 1999. Which lines up with February p99 green patch. And they said their patches are first Friday of the month. So July 1999 equals Feb 7 2020

Rumor on the forums is rogean has said somewhere it will be Feb 7th. If someone can link to where he says this please.
