Have they posted a specific month or date for Paineel opening? I did a cursory forums search and didn't find it.

Paineel launched Feb 2000. If they use the timeline they are proposing, it should drop September 2020 on Green 99.

Fear isn't due on green until February (or even March, if we're counting the days), to align with classic timeline.

They definitely misspoke on the Fear date and you can consider all the dates after that as possible errors. They were all estimates. You can use the dates on the link above to find out when they launched and extrapolate out for easy conversion. They said they are doing first friday of every month, so I think it's safe to say for example -- Feb 7th is All July 1999 content. And the first Friday of March will be all August 1999 content, etc. etc. It might not be perfect but that will be much closer than using their original post as a guide.
