I guess im just really unlucky then. Lvl 12 and i cant recall it ever stunning. I believe you though......

I'm no final arbiter with all info about EQ. Only what I hear, see, and experience in game play. Perhaps a green name can share more info.

It definately can interrupt spellcasting.
