Which duo levels faster, Bard/Shaman or Bard/Enchanter?

Hi, I'm trying to keep my Shammy and Enchanter roughly equivalent level. I was in a trio, Cleric/Bard/whatever I'm playing. It looks like the Cleric might go to alt-land, and the Bard and I want to keep leveling. I've been reading and it seems up in the air what's better for duo-ing with a Bard. Shaman can root rot with the Bard, the Enchanter allows for two Charms going.

Most duo tips seem to be geared toward high level characters. Right now we're 20. What would hit 50 faster on Green? Assuming we also would love to join dungeon groups regularly if possible, though if duo-ing is faster we'd rather do that.

Edit: Wanted to add that part of the reason committing to the Enchanter is the Shaman can get a Dark Elf mask and maybe Rubi BP. I know it's probably not going to happen but the possibility makes me want to focus on it.

Interesting, why do you say that? He's pretty good - mained a raiding Rogue on Live and a raiding Enchanter on Blue. He's the one telling me how to play Enchanter lol

With the enchanter, you can aggro/fear kite while charmed pet blasts from behind, although lvl 27-40ish it’s close as bard could duel the shaman, shaman roots multiple mobs and bard can just charm rotate essentially having multiple pets at once. The shaman canni also stacks incredibly with bard regen and mana songs. Both are extremely powerful duos if in skilled players hands.

As the quality goes down, the need for fast heals will go up.

Switch the bard with something else and you've got a better duo in both cases <3
