shrink spell in halas

wiki is lying to me why isnt there a shrink spell in the shaman guild?

Shrink isn't in game yet. It looks like according to the wiki page it "was added July 26th, 1999 (Fear)". So look for it when Plane of Fear is released. Trust me, I want it too (Troll Shaman).
