Am I able to turn in this quest before level 32 if I have both fangs? Or will he gobble up my quest items?

One more thing, lets say i am able to turn them in at level 1 per say can you sneak/hide turn in without clearing any mobs? That's so say if there are mobs near him

seen a lvl 13 ranger running around with this wep so i would say you can do it before lvl 32.

There are virtually no quests in classic EverQuest that have an actual minimum level requirement. The only ones that kind of do are epics. The 32 just means you would have to be level 32 to have a realistic chance of completing this quest with, say, one group of similarly leveled adventures to accompany you.

Go for it, the blade is really nice to lvl with as I twinked my warrior on live with a pair. He was sub 20 dont remember what level exactly.

The hardest part of this quest is actually finding the quest mob up, as he's regularly killed for his loot.

Also be aware that he roams, and if you follow him through the invisible wall to look for him, there *are* see invis mobs in there.
I'd stay on the graveyard side and wait patiently.

My friend, level 13 ranger got his...just killed ph for him and kept him in wolf form

if you are lvl 1 i would just hide behind the GY and try to catch him when he pokes his head out of the hidden wall there. Otherwise you will prob die trying to catch him in this stairwell.

You might be waiting a long time to catch him this way.

I just turned this quest in yesterday as a 37 bard. I could not find him up after checking a few times previous day so i just sat in his stairwell and killed his PH until he showed up. Took about 6 kills.

I tried to do https://wiki.project1999.com/Rusted_Black_Boxes a while ago, at level 3 and the npc just told me to go away.
I didn't do the actual turn-in before level 4, where he would initiate the actual quest dialogue.

Some quest do have a level requirement it seems? :confused:

Or should I have tried to hand in the items anyway, and hope for the best?
