Far from solo quest im that guy thats complaining that there is 100s of groups and on list.. OP be sure to do / all <zone> and start asking around to join list. Get on as many list you can (also can run there clearly). Then go solo or also look around plenty others on list. You can duo group with while you wait for higher ZEM zones.

Agreed, was LFG for 2.5hrs yesterday in 4 zone chats, and Guild as a cleric. Finally got invited, paid a non negotiable 25pp for a port to bbm, found a solid group, server goes down 45 minutes in, tank doesn’t return after.

Wait till people start hitting level cap. Pretty much every reasonable cash camp will be solo'd by enchs, necros, shamans and some mages.

Except it’s indisputably and blatantly false. There are groups literally fucking everywhere. What’s wrong with you and the op? Drugs?

All of the lower level dungeons are packed beyond capacity during peak hours. If you want to group, you really need to form your own duos or trios and find stuff to camp away from the popular leveling areas. If you're just going to Unrest or Crushbone with your LFG tag on, you're in for a big disappointment.

This is a case of people leveling their characters but leaving social skills at level 1. Dont passively LFG. send tells and make a group.

I think P1999 blue being such low pop count for people for so many years while leveling most just want to continue to do that play style. It kept that player base who liked that solo play style.

Not sure what game you're playing and where. Our Uguk group started to fall apart last night because two other groups moved in room away from us and we had no more mobs to kill since the zone was getting way too packed in the peak hours. Left and struggled to find another tank LFG since they get picked up so fast. I tend to go anon while semi-afk soloing since people send me random tells across the world to come group with them.

Log into EC and theres no one on all day, prime time theres a couple people. Run to oasis and its just a few solo classes. Nothing much going on. Just doesnt have that bumbling, exciting community feeling.

I group constantly. Maybe because I form the groups. I can always full my group by searching for levels and classes as well and sending tells.

Step up form the groups. People want to group but are lazy and just want purple to invite them. Be the solution.

I was able to con a full 6 man to try out CT. Took 30-40min to get everyone there. Didn't work out, Pages are just mean. But point is, find a place you think a group will work and start getting people.

I started as a Cleric and right away saw there were way too many. It was hard finding undead to solo and every group seemed to have a healer. I rolled an Ogre SK three days later and keep turning down group requests because I can only group during the evenings, when I can be totally committed to gameplay.

When does soloing as a necro become faster than grouping in a high ZEM zone? I was soloing the Hermit in South Karana and at level 20 I could almost keep up with the 2 min spawns (maybe a few delays due to resists etc) but the XP came slower than when I was in a full group in Unrest.

I think the issue is it's how people are behaving in dungeons vs. overland. Everyone is obviously really horny to level up as fast as possible, so overland zones where it seems like almost anyone can split a spawn it makes sense to just farm a camp of blues solo instead of grouping. Though it makes no sense to do that in dungeons.

I was 11 in SRO and there was a Warrior and me at the two three spawn camps and then a necro at the two spawn one. I broke my camp horribly and the warrior grabbed the cleric I pulled to the line (thanks by the way, went fine after that) and then I just got my full level nearly sitting there for an hour. Before all this I threw out an OOC message and then just went to the camp because obviously no one wanted to group.

I ran into a 7 who wanted orc groups and earlier an 8 who wanted them, both Shaman like me. Actually turned down the 8 because we were duoing fine and if he pulled aggro he'd just get croaked and told the 7 he should just kill some gators in Innothule. So I think it's a combination of a few things, soloing just being pretty efficient for a bunch of people who are engaging in obsessive compulsive behavior and a bunch of people who want to get into a group fighting stuff that cons Yellow to them so they get a little bit of a slingshot.

edit: In the end using SRO as an example, you can easily kill snakes there if you're seven or eight and once you're nine or ten you can probably start getting solo orcs too. I think a lot of this "why won't people group with me" might be a result of being unwilling to XP off blues and dark greens.

Also probably part of this is getting massively outleveled by a lot of people who on their second (or more?) progression server. But who knows maybe you'll get a group with that level 4 Shaman in full rubicite.

am rogue, have been in groups since lvl 7 without fail.

make friends, join a guild. i now in my 20's have a regular group, a couple guildies, some from another guild and guildless. we all shoot the shit on discord between games and group up regurally.

I didn't start getting regular group requests until I left Faydwer. Unrest and Crushbone are bottlenecked something fierce. Your options don't really open up until you leave there.

I am enchanter because i have to warp out or log out soon my wife or family need me. I chose this class because i can solo mostly or group when i have time.

The times i was looking to group i found one no problem or i would sent tells to people if they had room or wanted to duo or treo.

right now at 23 i have been soloing kerra but has slowed down some. I tried to get a few people to join me but it is far away for most except druids which is what i needed to break up tougher camps there.

Point of all this text as other have said form groups, send tells while you solo a low blue when you can you will get duo trio and groups be friendly.

PS and for god sake do not turn away a sk/ paly/bard/ or ranger i have had fun grouping with bards and shadow knights so far and the xp has bar moved.
