I saw one drop from one of the mobs spawned during the fourth Qeynos badge quest. I made a level 1 Human shadowknight to loot it, but I was too late. It apparently does not drop every time.

Should be bug reported then. That quest shouldn't be in the game until Velious.

Oh! I didn't notice we're in the Green/Teal forum. I was talking about my experience on Blue.

No, OP, that weapon will not be in until Velious. Same with that cool robe from in there.
