I did it last night on teal, didn't work. handed in the HEHE meat and the tattered note and he just ate them. put in petition but have not got an answer. not thinking ill get one :o(

Was implemented on Green Beta. 3x HEHE meat +recipe to Carver Cagrek didn’t work? Did you go through the quest text with him to verify he’s offering it to you?
