What is this Paineel that you speak of?

Paineel doesn't exist yet. It will be added 11 months in. Erudite necromancers currently start in Erudin. I heard a rumor they're supposed to start out in Tox? But anyway, their guildmasters and vendors certainly are currently in Tox, at #6 on the map on the wiki. (http://wiki.project1999.com/Toxxulia_Forest)

Also, Erudite Shadowknights and Cazic-Thule clerics can't be created until Paineel is added.

You might not be KOS, actually. My level 1 Erudite necro isn't.
