Is that an early classic mechanic added for green? It's definitely not true on blue.

I had something worse happen. I was diseased and had lowered natural hp regen, got knocked down to purple but the mob died. Couldn't heal up, wasn't losing health to die. Heal couldn't land on me, no one had bandages to try that. Got killed by a room pop while we tried to figure it out

Unconscious healing being broken is a bug that has been on P99 for a year or two now, still not fixed. :(

Yep, apparently the solution is to bind wound.

Hey, I was in that group at some point last night on Teal. I left around 11:30 though. Looks like Mezzmemall was it it for the long haul last night.

Sorry, not helpful to the conversation though. I hope the mechanic gets fixed, I honestly never knew it happened on Blue.

I wonder if that's classic? I can tell you that you still get threat from this. I tried to save an unconscious person on day3 of green and the bat didn't care much for it. I figured light healing just wasn't enough to revive them and then the giant bat went for me.

"Volunteering" people to the purple club has been a cleric pastime for as long as I can remember. This will hopefully get fixed soon.

if you're bleeding to death the only way to save your life is with bandages!
Confirmed it true when our rogue group member went down. mob died but they were purple and losing health. Pally tried LoH, healer was trying to heal.. Binding his wounds i was keeping him alive but i ran out of bandages. Paladin jumped in and started binding and brought him back to his feet.

Lesson learned, bandages stops bleeding. Always carry bandages.

purpling has been a favorite of ours for a long time. sounds like u self purpled. That will provide us clerics many giggles. Us clerics keep a hidden tomb of who has the most purples.

damn, three times I landed a heal on someone while they were down and it didnt save them. Thought it was going to be a boss save and know I know why it wasnt.
