The man makes a good point. I’m tempted to go Teal for this reason. I’m just weighing the opportunity against the possibly Teal winds up a low-ish population server and doesn’t merge for a long time. Some people are fine with 800, but I love the thriving feel of the world that a server of 1600 brings.

Once the hype wears down and people start getting the legacy items they're after, I'm willing to bet you'll see the numbers on blue go back up a bit. Even if they don't go back full time, they'll hop back and forth or box both more than they are doing now. A lot are just focused on the initial grind.

Blue is lagging for the moment, but it's hardly dead.

You have been here since at least 2015 according to your signature. How can you tell me you are not completely sick of the mudflation suck-off fest that is Blue? Twinking is my favorite part of Everquest BY FAR, but it's so out of control on Blue that it can hardly even be called Everquest anymore. Literally 50%+ of all melee characters have Fungi's on the server - that alone trivializes content up until level 50 for every group you will ever join.
